Improve your technique and alignment. Book a one-off to work on that tricky pose you have always wanted to master, or get to grips with the basics of postures and breathing before joining a group class. A series of classes can be booked with a particular theme. Progress will be monitored, and personalised videos sent to assist in weekly practice.

These take place in Clapham, South-West London on a weekly basis.
